Muthoni holds a Bachelor of Arts (Land Economics) degree from the University of Nairobi. Muthoni is a Valuation and Property management expert with over 10 years’ experience in the industry. She is a Registered Valuer by the Valuers Registration Board (VRB), a Registered Estate Agent by the Estate Agents Registration Board (EARB), and a full member of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya (MISK).
